We have high expectations for our team and in exchange we give people lots of autonomy. They might be based in our Calgary studio, or might be working remotely and dial in to calls, but they are all real people that we know and trust and are committed to your project.

To do that means we don’t participate in a “race to the bottom” on timelines or price, which leaves behind “quick-wins” in favour of being a partner our clients can count on.
Every agency talks about collaboration, but what does it actually mean? For us this means checking in on a regular basis with how we are tracking on progress and budgets, showing work early, sharing the highs (and lows) related to your projects, and having discussions on a broad range of subjects.
Instead of guessing the right answer, we emphasize showing good ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and leaving plenty of room for listening when in a room with a subject matter expert.
We believe that the fairest and most flexible way to budget projects is to charge for time. Deliverables, rounds of feedback, etc. are hard to define during the project, and even harder to predict accurately before a project starts. The result is that sometimes one party feels like they're not getting a fair deal.
Instead, we prefer to start with an estimate based on our experience with similar projects, keep you updated on the budget and timeline regularly as the project progresses, and adjusting together throughout the project to make sure that we're using your resources in the wisest possible way and continually matching your budget and timeline to your needs.
